This is a wonderful first dollhouse!! I researched several and decided that this one had the most to offer for a 22 month old child. The sounds in every room help keep interest,and the people and furniture are a perfect size for little hands. It is colorful, well made, portable for travel, and everything stores inside. I also got the tea house and garden swing and they are a perfect pretend play addition to the house. I am delighted with this purchase and my granddaughter loves it!!
